A: This is a new initiative designed to help lower the cost of hockey for families. Since it’s new, we’re keeping the process controlled to ensure everything runs smoothly and consistently.

A: The association, not individual managers. The Equipment Director oversees all sponsorship approvals and logo use to ensure brand and compliance standards are met.

A:

1. Team secures sponsors.

2. Manager submits the full sponsorship package to equipment@gloucesterrangers.com.

3. Equipment Director reviews for compliance.

4. Approval or denial is issued.

5. If approved, vector logo files are sent via the manager to the Equipment Director.

6. Equipment Director submits logos to Lacroix for production.

7. Lacroix invoices the Equipment Director → Treasurer@ collects funds.

8. Lacroix contacts the Team Manager for pickup.

9. Coaches apply stickers to helmets.

10. Patches are sewn on by Kim Tailors (contact: Selena Troung-Henderson, 514-865-7179, kim.tailor@outlook.com).

11. Managers coordinate drop-off/pick-up at 1910 St. Laurent Blvd.
