It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Robert Aranbitskiy, father of one of our hockey community members, David.

Robert was a proud and supportive father who loved to watch David play the game he is so passionate about. In honour of his father’s memory, David has made the decision to continue playing hockey — a testament to the deep bond they shared and the strength he carries forward from his father’s unwavering support.

On behalf of the entire Gloucester Rangers organization, we extend our heartfelt condolences to David, his family, and all who knew and loved Robert. Our thoughts and prayers are with them during this incredibly difficult time.

The hockey community is built on more than just the game — it is built on families, friendships, and a spirit of support that carries us through both triumphs and hardships. We are proud to stand behind David and his family as part of our extended Rangers family.
