The Gloucester Rangers Minor Hockey Association is excited to announce some important leadership changes. After 12 years of dedicated service, Kevin Carroll has stepped down as President, effective October 1, 2024.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Kevin Carroll

We extend our deepest gratitude to Kevin Carroll for his exceptional volunteerism and leadership. Over the past 12 years, Kevin’s unwavering commitment has shaped our association, making it the vibrant community it is today. His dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our young athletes has left a lasting impact.

Kevin’s contributions were instrumental in positioning the Gloucester Rangers as a development-first association, focusing on player and coach development for the AAA program. His support for coaches, players, and families has been invaluable, and his passion for the Rangers community is truly appreciated.

As Kevin steps down from his role, he leaves behind a strong foundation for continued success. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors, and we know he will always remain a cherished part of the Rangers family.

Introducing Our New President: Jeff Flaro

We are thrilled to announce Jeff Flaro as the new President of the Gloucester Rangers. Jeff brings over 51 years of playing experience, is a certified Development 1 Coach and Goalie Coach, and has trained athletes at all levels, from Minor Hockey to the NHL. His expertise in cognitive and brain performance training has set him apart as a leader in player development. Jeff has been the Rangers’ Director of Pathways for the past four years, contributing significantly to our growth and success.

With Jeff’s vision and deep understanding of our association’s values, we are confident he will guide us into an exciting new phase of growth and continue Kevin’s leadership legacy.
