Armstrong "Crush Space" now available to spectators for games!
Thanks to the efforts of Kenneth Gorman, a parent
from the Major Midget A team, all spectators attending games played at
Armstrong arena will no longer be crammed into the small lobby.
After feeling like a packed sardine every time he attended his
son's game at Armstrong Mr. Gorman wrote to the city, then enlisted the help of
Councilor Michel Bellemare to have the "Crush Space" opened at
Armstrong arena. December 21st was the first night that the Rangers, their
family and the visiting teams reaped the benefits when a bigger lobby was
available to warm up in. ]
